Saman Resources is a Canadian business based in Ontario.
In compliance with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and provincial tax regulations, we collect and remit applicable GST/HST/QST on all sales of digital products made to Canadian customers.

Sales tax rates are applied based on the customer’s province or territory of residence, as required by Canadian “place of supply” rules:

• Ontario: 13% HST
• Québec: 14.975% (5% GST + 9.975% QST) 
• New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island: 15% HST
